I am not a fastidious traveler when it comes to hotel service, but the staff of this hotel (in quotes) amazed me. My wife and I arrived in Paphos in August 2015 to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It all started with the settlement. We paid for deluxe, that's what we thought. At the reception we were given a brilliant phrase: “Yes, indeed, you have a deluxe room, but we will not put you there.” To the question why? Answer: “I need to consult with the manager, but he and she will only be back tomorrow (today is their day off). It’s amazing. They put us in a room of an unknown category, charge us money for the refrigerator, for the Internet, for the safe (we actually have everything for free). This continued until the next day, until the manager deigned to come to work, who dryly confirmed our rights to deluxe, without apologies, as if that’s how it should be. We received a modest basket of wine and fruit after another reminder (it was provided to us upon check-in). Needless to say, such little things as the fact that my wife, on her birthday, was locked on the balcony by the room cleaner and my wife sat there for 3 hours until I returned to the hotel. And again, no apologies. We had dinners, but to be honest, we tried to have dinner anywhere but at the hotel. My wife and I tried to leave the hotel as early as possible and come to spend the night as late as possible. I hope my review will help you draw the right conclusions. Good luck.
