meteors on the river The river left an indelible impression on me, the stormy movement like on the road. Regular river buses are divided into two subtypes: low-speed ones, but cheaper, and high-speed meteors, but more expensive. But both of them park at the pier in the same way (they fight as hard as they can) - you have to see it - it’s fascinating. Apparently they have a very busy schedule because such speed is not typical for the slow Thais. I honestly still don’t understand whether the river is so stormy or whether the boats are making so much trouble. The only difficulty is knowing which station to get off at, especially in the dark. Counting stations is not an option because different trams make stops at different stations (there are express trains). We missed one in the evening, but it was a pleasant walk. Another puzzle is to find the entrances to some stations (for example, from the side of the reclining Buddha). In the evening, when there are no tourists, you can miss and end up in a Thai slum. The views of the city at night are simply mesmerizing and I can say¸ that moving along the river is the best adventure¸ what happened to me in Bangkok. temple of renovation Were during renovation¸ the main pyramid is all covered with scaffolding¸ so there was no extreme. The territory is not large; the pyramids are gray and nondescript. We were on the territory before it got dark¸ so there was no lighting yet¸ and it is precisely this that makes this building attractive. Alternatively, the sun should fall at a certain angle¸ but we did not see this. The ferry is not expensive, so you can safely go, oh and oh, it’s unlikely that it will be, but check the box. wonderful buddha in the evening We arrived in Bangkok late¸ so we got to the temple before closing and it was better than ever. It got dark, the lights were turned on, the tourists disappeared and a fairy tale began. The territory is huge¸ we wandered through the labyrinths of the temple¸ enjoying the loneliness and the unreal beauty of the illuminated pyramids. I definitely recommend it in the evening.
