railway to Montserrat monastery

There are four ways to get to Montserrat Monastery - on foot, by car, cable car and railway (no one says anything about the descent :-). Excursions choose the railway option in order to deliver everyone to the top at the same time (don’t get confused :-). Everyone is recommended to take the left side of the carriage, from which the views of the Montserrat mountains open up. Of course there are views (probably not the same as from the cable car), but that’s okay. There is no feeling that you are on top, it’s more like the subway. The windows in the trailers are apparently washed especially for bloggers :-). And I can’t resist adding my two cents about parking...Spain is a country for pedestrians :-)
