If you are interested in seeing a piece of the jungle, this is the trail for you. I think the route with the starting point from Jang Beach will be lighter because it will be downhill. I think it makes no sense to walk like that every day, unless, of course, you are not an athlete :-). And Jungle Beach is too popular a place to devote so much of your time to. There aren't many people willing, so you can spend some time alone with nature.
