small Adam's Peak, Ella

Gorgeous views of the Ella Valley, mountains and the ocean somewhere far on the horizon. The climb turned out to be not as scary as I had imagined. To set the drive from the very beginning, be sure to take a tuk-tuk at the first stage of the climb, otherwise it will be tedious (only 300 rupees). You will be taken straight to more picturesque places, walking along the path, mountains to the right, terraces to the left - it’s a pleasure. The steep climb up the steps is not very long, you won’t have time to sweat :-). The views from the top are really gorgeous, in good weather I think you can see the ocean on the east coast. What was disappointing was the zip line. The altitude difference is insignificant to get a dose of adrenaline. On the way back, it makes sense to take a tuk-tuk if you are in a hurry, but it will be nice to complete this pensioner’s climb with a coconut in your hands and slowly walk :-))).
