Walking along the famous La Rambla, you come to the Columbus Monument, overlooking the old port (now a yacht marina). It is also the main promenade of Barcelona - a promenade stretching for 5 km. along the entire Mediterranean coast. The embankment is connected by a drawbridge through which luxury yachts sail.
