This is the main, largest beach in the city. It has its pros and cons. Plus - it is wide, minus - there are a lot of people, very noisy (lots of young people). Plus - the beach infrastructure is present, minus - there is a busy road next to the promenade (access to restaurants is limited), very little greenery (no shade to be found). Plus - the main concerts and performances take place here, minus - there are even more people, there is no privacy to be found. In a word, this is a place for young people to hang out; all pensioners and children go to Fenals beach.
