statue of the Virgin of Lloret (Donna Morinera), Lloret de Mar

The sculpture is located on a rock, there is a “folk trail” leading to it; there are quite a lot of visitors thanks to the views that open from this observation deck. Donna Morinera has become a symbol of Lloret de Mar, so it is worth visiting, despite the dubious historical value of this monument. Nearby there is a small public garden where you can drink local champagne (kava) in the shade during the day or in the evening under the stars.
