Palace of Knossos, Crete

No matter how hard we tried not to end up in this pop place... we couldn’t resist :-(. What then to talk about in decent company :-). In fact, not everything is as bad as it seemed, except for the entrance tickets for 15 euros. There really is something to see here, although you can’t climb everywhere (until you fall apart, so to speak :-). You can go on your own, or on an excursion, but keep in mind that as part of the excursion you will have to bask in the sun willy-nilly with the guide... well, don’t leave him :-). But wandering around on your own and fooling around in the photos is just it. Conclusion, if you don’t mind 15 euros (and in Crete this is not money :-), then welcome.
