The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, so it is interesting for families with children. The hotel does not have a beach as such, or rather there is no normal entry into the water (lots of stones and urchins). But there is a swimming pool with sea water and chlorine. There is a small slide for children. The hotel positions itself as relaxation by the pool, so be prepared for a shortage of free sunbeds during the season (the tradition of grabbing sunbeds has acquired international status; there are no more than 2% of ours in the hotel). Everything is beautiful, if you don’t go outside the hotel... everything is sad there (ala USSR). When the hotel is fully loaded, there are not enough seats in the main restaurant, thank goodness even though no one forces you to wear masks. There is a catastrophic lack of staff, you can’t wait for drinks in the restaurant (simply no one will come). There is a full bar only in the building, there is one alcohol bar (not all cocktails) and one snack bar outside. There are two ala carte restaurants (Italian and Greek), you need to make an appointment, of course, in advance (several days), plus - the service is like in a restaurant. Rooms should only be taken with a sea view; on the contrary, there is no view anywhere. The food is ordinary, no frills, plus - they continuously add food even 5 minutes before closing (they work until the last customer :-). Interesting evening animation, or rather an incendiary toastmaster, works closely with the audience :-) A nice bonus - there is an alcohol bar right there and everything takes place in the open air. The program is designed for a week. There are downsides. The slogan: “The customer is always right” - it doesn’t work for the Greeks, you come across rude staff. In general, this is a hotel for those who get up at 6 in the morning, take a sunbed and drink by the pool all day, or for those who want to travel around central and eastern Crete.
