Mirage cafe restaurant, Budapest

We chose the first restaurant we came across, the main thing was that it was warmer than outside :-), we saw the red light of the glassed-in veranda. On the first evening before the New Year, the tables were all reserved, but we were kindly allowed to sit for 1.5 hours. Overall it was super, I mean food, wine, service and not expensive, it cost 65 euros for five people. And although the portions are small, they are cooked well. And the Ufo heaters above each table warmed the soul and body :-) It’s a pity that they only work until 10 p.m. On the second evening there were no problems with a table, but there were problems with the screened veranda, a large gap, we had to change seats. It’s possible that there are better restaurants in the area, but hardly with such a gorgeous view of Heroes’ Square, and watching fireworks from a warm place is a dream for an intoxicated tourist :-)
