Dive Center BARRACUDA, Hikkaduwa

Anyone who wants to dive cheaply and with an adrenaline rush - come here. The equipment is destroyed, but very sincere guys will meet you. Perhaps the cheapest diving in Sri Lanka (2 dives from a boat - $33). They don’t bother about safety here at all - one dive guide for 10 divers is the norm :-). When in the dive guide's cabin at depth the tube from the first stage of the regulator broke and the air from the cylinder came out within seconds... he continued the route as if nothing had happened, sucking air from the nearest divers. It was more interesting to watch how female divers floated to the ceiling of the wheelhouse :-))). It took us a long time to push them through the hole in the wheelhouse :-). I understand that this action was fun to watch, but if this had not happened to a professional, I think the consequences would be sad if some divers panic even watching this. But this is the beauty of diving, emergency situations, force majeure - there is something to remember.
