If you really want to see the beauty of Nusa Penida, it is better to view it from the sea. And how to do this beautifully and on a budget...that’s right, go with divers on a boat from Bali. If you are a diver, you can spend $160, if you are a snorkeler - $95, if you are a passenger - $30. For this money, you will visit 3 diving locations within 5 hours (and manta rays too) and, of course, from the deck you will be able to see up close all the main natural attractions that cannot be crowded from the shore (all of them are located on the western part of the island). On my own behalf, I can add that in the south of Bali, on the peninsula, the beaches, cliffs and views are no worse, and most importantly - more accessible.
