Coggala Beach Long Beach, Coggala

This is truly the largest beach in Sri Lanka. But it's also a beach where there are always big (really big) waves. I am a fan of big waves, but here you have to be especially careful, the slightest mistake and you are carried headlong across the sand. Accidents happen here regularly. But despite all this, I am drawn into the waves for another dose of adrenaline. If you are not a gambling person, you can just walk along the beach, enjoying the views.
